The Masai is the name given to a largely nomadic people in East Africa, living mainly in Kenya and Tanzania. The Masai managed to preserve their ancient traditions despite growing modern civilization. Due to various causes, such as the decline of grazing land for their livestock and drought, this traditional way of life is under severe pressure.
The people in WE LIVE IN MASAI live in rural Mafuleta, Tanzania (area Handeni Tanga) and welcomed me in their small community.
